Job Description: 

The Systems Engineer role is hands-on and highly technical. This role will specifically implement and maintain our IT cloud infrastructure, including access control, server administration, and various SaaS applications. It requires years of experience managing users, user groups, entitlements, cloud infrastructure, and more. You will work closely with Information Security, IT Systems Engineers, Human Resources, and other stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the setup, configuration, and deployment of various SaaS applications across the organization.
• Administer user access and permissions within SaaS platforms, ensuring proper levels of security and data integrity.
• Respond to performance issues and service outages.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SaaS applications, collaborating with vendors or internal teams for resolution.
• Implement best practices for data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for SaaS solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in SaaS technologies, recommending improvements or new solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SaaS platforms with other systems and tools used within the organization.
• Minimize waste by ensuring resources are not overprovisioned or left unused.
• Working with Information Security to balance our security posture while providing ease of access to the workforce
• Design, develop, and deploy systems that increase the security of our platforms.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify, track, and resolve technical issues
• Great team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with different teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SaaS administration, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms.
• Proficiency in administering popular SaaS applications such as Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Proofpoint, etc.
• Familiarity with identity management systems and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Ability to create automations for repetitive tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills
• Windows & macOS operating system knowledge

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining SaaS applications
